Are the products 100% lead-free?

At HAUTE ARTE we use environment friendly raw-materials and produce 100% lead-free and toxin free products. Our customers buy our products with trust and confidence.

Where do you source raw materials from?

We source raw materials from various quality sources, worldwide. We make sure that we abide by the rules and regulations set by the government and we avoid using harmful chemicals.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. We ensure that the raw materials we source don’t go to waste in any way possible. Through years of planning we have developed a system that the marbles or gemstones left after making tabletops/accessories are used to design some of our beautiful terrazzo. We also avoid using any harmful chemicals.

What do I need to do in order to care for and maintain the Gemstone Tops?

Though tops are stain-resistant and durable, but using coasters under glasses and placing hot items on trivets or pot holders will help to keep your natural stone look as beautiful as the day it was installed. Food Items and Drinks containing acids could etch or dull your stone, therefore be cautious while consuming such items. Ensure a regular wipe and use mild liquid soap and warm water to clean the Gemstone Tops. Avoid using abrasive cleaners in order to maintain the lustrous texture.

What are the benefits of Terrazzo Tops?

Terrazzo Tabletops are durable and require little to no maintenance/replacement during their entire lifecycle. They are also quite easy to clean and maintain. They come in a wide range of colors and because of its remarkable design are an amazing addition to your home. We ensure that the Terrazzo tops are excellently polished with no grout line, which eliminates the growth of bacteria and mold.

Payment & Delivery

My shipment shows delivered but I have not received the order. What should I do?

We have proof of delivery with signatures by the person who has received the order, but in case you haven’t received the ‘Delivered’ order, Do not panic! First check with your family members, neighbours, security, reception, and any other place/person who might have accepted your order on your behalf. If you still can’t find the order, contact us via email or call us directly and we will look into the matter and provide you with a prompt response.

My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

If your order reads RTO (returned to origin),it will be because of the following circumstances:
  1. 1. Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or absence of anyone at the given address. Either due to incomplete Address or wrong PIN CODE.
  2. 2. You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order.
Under the situations above, our customer support team would try to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package is returned to origin.

Can I change my shipping or billing address after an order has been placed?

No, you cannot change your billing or shipping address after placing an order.

Does Haute Arte retain my card or account details?

We provide you a smooth buying experience but it does not collect or store your card or account details. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the payment gateway and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Will I be asked to provide any card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

We will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

What are the EMI payment options available on Haute Arte?

Currently we do not offer any EMI payment options.

Replacements & Returns

What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for any product. You can also receive store credit for products that you wish to return and use the store credit to buy another product. Store Credit is offered and Replacements are accepted only for the following reasons:
            - Damaged Product
            - Manufacturing Defect
            - Incomplete Product
            - Incorrect Product
The 30-day time frame starts from the day the product was delivered as per the notification and confirmation received from our logistics / courier partners. To claim replacement, please send us the images of the product (The Entire Product and The Damaged Portion) to process your request.

What do I need to do to replace a product?

Do I need to keep anything in mind while replacing the product?

The product to be replaced should be shipped to our warehouse in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. Please ensure that all tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories are intact.

Can I return a product in case I do not want it or do not like it?

An item cannot be replaced for any reasons other than following: Damage on arrival, Manufacturing defect, Incomplete or In-correct product. For any other reason, you can’t replace the product.

Why did Haute Arte cancel my confirmed order?

Haute Arte sources raw materials sustainably from various sources spread world-wide. While we do our best to ensure that the products are available at all times, and that the regular stock updates are done, there could still be a possibility of your order getting cancelled due to one or more of the below mentioned reasons:
  • - The product is rejected due to Bad Quality and we are not able to arrange for a fresh product within the promised shipping timeline.
  • - Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances.
  • - The Payment hasn’t gone through.

    Will I get any written confirmation for my order?

    Yes. You will certainly receive an email confirmation once you make the payment, which will give you complete information about the product details and the estimated delivery time.

    Can I make changes to my online order?

    If you want to make any changes to your order, email us, contact us via Live Chat or call us for further assistance. Since we use natural gemstones, please keep in mind that not every piece of furniture is the same, so there might be variations between batches. Also, changing your order may delay your delivery and could alter the price quoted price. Please note that changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order.     Can you tell me the availability of a specific furniture piece?

    The availability of a product is displayed on their respective product pages. The products currently out of stock will be labelled as "Out of Stock". But don't worry, we are working day and night to ensure that your favorites are always available to you! Though we might run out of stock, but we will make sure to be back in stock quickly.

    What if my order is late?

    Though we always try to deliver products on or before time, but some delays are beyond our control but if this happens we will make every effort to keep you informed. And in case this happens, please don’t worry! If your delivery time changes, we'll let you know straight away your new estimated delivery time.     Will the furniture fit?

    Check the size of the furniture you are ordering (available on the respective product pages).

    Firstly, all widths and diagonal depths should be less than the entryway dimensions. If it was easy to get your existing furniture in, compare the measurements with the one you want to replace it with. Also know the width and height of all doorways, hallways, and stairways, including banisters and turns, and don’t forget about obstacles such as wall and ceiling lights.

    How to measure furniture?

    You need to know exactly where you want the furniture to be, and whether it will fit. Start by taking the following measurements:
    - Measure the surface area of the space where you want to put the furniture.
    - Make a rough sketch with a note of the dimensions.
    - Check the width, height, and depth of the furniture piece you want to order.

    How should my furniture be placed?

    When furnishing any room, consider the largest piece first: the sofa in the living room, the dining table in the dining area, the bed in the bedroom. Your furniture should be arranged in a way pleasing to the eye, comfortable to use and convenient to move around. Before placing an order, please take a close look at all the access areas in your home, from the first entry doorway through to your selected room.
